TGG are partnering with Wellhub, an external company who will assist with our engagement with our corporate members.

External partner understanding
We are integrating with Wellhub as a method of aiding our corporate members into becoming day pass members of our gym and using our facilities. Understanding how this company integrates with how we operate has been tricky as they work on a very different system and customer journey to our business.
User flow creation
I created a comprehensive and detailed user flow that seamlessly accommodates the different use cases for both our member system and the Wellhub integration. This designed flow ensures a smooth and intuitive experience, carefully managing the various transitions between Wellhub and our service that users will naturally take throughout their journey.
High fidelity design
I created high fidelity designs, showcasing refined visual elements and interactive features that represented the final product. I utilised the design system and forms we have within our join journey to reduce development work from our end. These have been handed over to our developers to create now and we are in to and fro conversations if there are any questions regarding the build.
